How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive at your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shoppynista (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

What if I buy several of these? Will they all arrive together?
Even if your order includes several units, they should come simultaneously, so that you could pick them up in one go.
What about the package? Is it secure enough?
We try to foresee all the problems that your package may face and, therefore, use the most secure ways to ensure its safety.
Does the time of the delivery depend on my choice of the payment method?
The order delivery time does not depend on the payment method you use to pay for the purchase. In other words, it doesn't matter how you pay.
How many of these are available for purchase?
we usually update the stock automatically with the supplier every 2-3 days but we can't guarantee if the product will still available, which is why we recommend that you place your order as soon as possible.
Are you authorized? If I ordered, will I get a legal product?
Our store has all the necessary permissions to operate in this sphere. All the items we offer including the Pattern are perfectly legal.
Can I buy the same product offline?
You might see similar items in regular stores, but the price will most likely be higher than ours.

When will you ship my order?
If you order an in-stock item, we’ll ship it within 3 working days.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are shipped by EMS or USPS. Typically, delivery takes 5-20 working days after dispatch, but it may take longer due to factors beyond our control.
Do you provide tracking information?

I was really happy to see these were available. SAFETY FIRST! I am using them as a face covering during the pandemic - I can actually breathe in those and still protect myself from the virus. I like how practical they are. I look like a cool Western hero in this bandana!
I’ve had this problem for a long time with bandanas that they just didn’t stay on, so I decided to try a 100% cotton bandana. This one stays on in my morning runs and doesn’t slide or slip. The color matches with just about anything and it stays bright red after multiple washes. If you need a bandana for workouts, this one's for you.
This bandana was a bit big for me, I thought it was smaller.
Got this for my workouts and I’m really happy with how it turned out. Finding a quality bandana has proven to be a challenge… This one arrived really quickly. The color on it is really nice, I washed it before my first wear and it was really soft, easy to tie and no need to readjust. Money well spent!
Most bandanas have their color washed out quickly, but this one still is crimson just like new, even though I washed it like three or four times already, The fabric got even softer after washes and the pattern is still clear and not smudged or dulled out. Great product, would buy again!

The design of this is just AMAZING. I’ve been looking for a similar red’n’black pattern for a long and FINALLY this is! Purchased two right away and after one month or everyday wear the bandana is still bright red. It kept its color after washing and drying and all there are no frills or loose threads anywhere!
The bandana is not too thick, but not thin either. The cotton gets soft after a couple of washes and the edges are stitched to prevent fraying and loose threads. Big enough for my husband.I am happy with this purchase and I would not hesitate to buy more if needed.
